Agreement

By using Pandio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You need an account to save progress. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, including copyrighted material you don't own.
• Do not use Pandio to abuse, harass, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise disrupt the service.

Content

You keep ownership of any content you upload. You grant Pandio a limited license to process that content solely to run your tutoring sessions.

AI-generated explanations and lessons are provided as-is. They can be wrong. Use judgement, especially for medical, legal, or financial topics.

Billing

Free accounts are free. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & Liability

Pandio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
